Terms of Service

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep login details confidential.
• Each user licence is for one named person. Sharing a login between people is not permitted.
• The account administrator controls users, roles and data in the account.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. At the end of the trial, the account is paused until a paid plan is chosen. Data entered during the trial is kept for 30 days after the trial ends.

Plans, billing and taxes

• Plans are priced per user per month and billed monthly or yearly in advance.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
• WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are billed separately at cost.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, including GST, which are added to invoices.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy, including rules on messaging consent, opt-outs and lawful content.

Your data

You keep all rights to the customer data you store in the service. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to collect and store the contact information you add, and for the messages your team sends.

AI features

AI Sales Copilot produces scores, summaries, suggestions and draft messages. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong. A user must review every draft before sending it, and business decisions remain your responsibility.

Third-party integrations

Integrations with services such as WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART, JustDial, Facebook, Google and email providers are subject to those providers' own terms. Changes they make may affect how an integration works.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times except for planned maintenance, which is announced in advance where possible. Support channels depend on your plan.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where reasonable.

After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost deals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, account administrators will be notified by email at least 15 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Odisha.
